Broccoli And Cheese Quiche Recipe
- 4 x Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bag broccoli, (12 ounce.)
- 1 can Mushroom soup
- 3 c. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Shredded Mozzarella cheese, (if you like)
- 5 x Large eggs, (5 to 6)
- 2 x Pie crusts, (Mrs. Smith's very good)
- Cook chicken breasts till almost done.
- If you are using the microwave, it will take about 13 min.
- Cut up in pcs.
- Cook broccoli till almost done.
- Drain to get rid of excess water.
- Mix mushroom soup, cheeses, Large eggs, chicken and broccoli.
- Pour into pie crusts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 min.
- For best results, let quiche set overnight in refrigera- tor and reheat the next day either in the microwave or possibly stove.
- Note: If the quiche does not sitlong sufficient it won't be hard, but will be very runny.
