7 Up Cake

• 1 1/2 cup butter softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 3 cups flour, all-purpose
• 2 tablespoons lemon extract
• 3/4 cups 7-up
• 1 x powdered sugar

1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add flour, lemon extract, and 7UP; mix well.
4. Pour into greased angel food (or bundt) pan.
5. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
6. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
