Fruit Soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package dried mixed fruit
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 sliced lemon
- 14 cup tapioca
- sugar, to taste
- Soak fruit in water for a few minutes.
- Drain and rinse.
- Cover fruit with water, bring to a simmer.
- Add cinnamon and lemon, simmer 1 hour.
- Add tapioca and sugar tot aste, cook, stirring frequently until fruit is cooked.
- Serve warm for dessert or cold for breakfast.
