Maple Garlic Pork Tenderloin
- 2 whole Pork Tenderloins (1 - 1 1/2 Pounds Each)
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Maple Syrup (not Pancake Syrup)
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic (from Costco)
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

- Preheat oven to 400 F. 2.
- On a large stoneware sheet, rub vegetable oil and salt and pepper over the tenderloins.
- Put the stoneware sheet into the preheated oven and bake the tenderloins.

- In a separate microwavable dish, add all of the remaining ingredients and microwave for about 4 minutes until bubbly and thickened.

- Once tenderloins reach 160 F using a meat thermometer (cook time will vary depending on the thickness of the tenderloins), remove it from the oven and let it rest, then slice and place in sauce.
