Greg's Morning Glory
- 14 cup rolled oats
- 18 cup natural bran
- 18 cup mixed dried fruit
- 18 cup almonds or 18 cup peanuts or 18 cup walnuts
- 18 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 cup milk, to cover
- 14 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 14 small banana
- Mix rolled oats, bran, mixed dried fruit, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and sunflower in to a small breakfast bowl.
- Add the milk.
- top with banana, and yogurt, drizzle over honey and serve.
- Hint: if you feel more hungry, you can make a bigger bowl of cereal by upping the amount ingredients.
