Samosa Recipe
- Wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pound potatoes (boiled, peeled & diced)
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon coriander pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper (optional)
- Oil for deep frying
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- of oil.
- Add in diced potatoes.
- Add in spices and mix.
- Stir and cold for 5 min.
- Turn off heat.
- Cut wonton wrappers into triangles.
- Place about a tsp.
- of potato mix in middle of wrapper.
- Mix in all edges and seal with beaten egg and water.
- Deep fry on medium to low heat.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with ketchup or possibly chutney.
