Samosa Recipe

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. of oil.
  3. Add in diced potatoes.
  4. Add in spices and mix.
  5. Stir and cold for 5 min.
  6. Turn off heat.
  7. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles.
  8. Place about a tsp.
  9. of potato mix in middle of wrapper.
  10. Mix in all edges and seal with beaten egg and water.
  11. Deep fry on medium to low heat.
  12. Drain on paper towels.
  13. Serve with ketchup or possibly chutney.
