Taste of Christmas Pancakes

• 1 cup krusteaz pancake mix
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 mini candy cane, crushed
• 14 cup milk (adjust based on desired thickness)

1. Preheat griddle to 400F Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Whisk until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour some mix on the griddle.
4. Let cook until done on one side, then flip.
5. Cook until done on other side.
6. Serve plain or with syrup.
