Spicy Glazed-Steak Dinner
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3 cups small broccoli florets
- 2 cups couscous, uncooked
- 4 boneless beef sirloin steaks (1-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Spicy Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 3 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
- Bring broth and broccoli to boil in large saucepan.
- Stir in couscous; cover.
- Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
- Add steak; cook 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add barbecue sauce, pineapple juice and syrup to same skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil; cook on medium-high heat 3 min.
- or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Fluff couscous with fork.
- Serve chops and couscous topped with sauce.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
