Ham And Cheese Potato Salad

  1. In a saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender, drain and cool.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Cut potatoes into cubes, add to mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  6. Yield:
  7. 16-20 servings.
