Candied Bananas

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise; place in shallow baking dish.
  3. Combine butter, molasses, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  4. Pour over bananas, sprinkle with coconut.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
