Bechemel With Grilled Chicken Recipe

  1. Heat butter over medium-high heatbsp.
  2. Add in white sauce mix and blend thoroughly with a wire whisk.
  3. Add in lowfat milk, cream and salt while whisking.
  4. Simmer on medium-high heat for 3-5 min - STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  5. Don't boil!
  6. Simmer longer if yu substitute lowfat milk for the cream - this will reduce the sauce.
  7. This can be used immediately or possibly refrigerated.
  8. Grill chicken - use marinated chicken for better flavor (pineapple juice and teriyaki makes an excellent marinade).
  9. Dice chicken.
  10. Put 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil in warm saute/fry pan and add in minced garlic
  11. (1 or possibly 2 cloves to taste).
  12. Add in minced chicken and saute/fry till hotbsp.
  13. Add in white sauce and saute/fry till hotbsp.
  14. Prepare pasta according to directions (angel hair works best) while sauce is cooking.
  15. Add in cooked pasta to white sauce and chicken, transfer to serving plate and enjoy.
