Cheesy Waffle & Turkey Sausage Bake
- 10 frozen waffles (4-inch diameter)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pkg. (9.6 oz.) fully cooked turkey sausage links, sliced
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 2-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- Layer half each of the waffles, cheese and sausage in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, cutting waffles as necessary to fit dish; repeat layers.
- Microwave Neufchatel in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 40 sec.
- or until softened; whisk until creamy.
- Gradually add milk, about 1/4 cup at a time, whisking after each addition until blended.
- Whisk in eggs.
- Pour over ingredients in baking dish; cover with foil.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake casserole (covered) 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, uncovering for the last 20 min.
