VELVEETA Southwest Beef Chili
- 1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 large onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1-1/2 pouches (4 oz. each) VELVEETA Cheese Sauce (6 oz.)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Brown meat with onions and garlic in large saucepan; drain.
- Return meat mixture to pan.
- Add all remaining ingredients except VELVEETA Sauce and corn; stir.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in VELVEETA and corn.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
