Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over med.
  2. high heat.
  3. Add yellow onions and sausage.
  4. Saute 1 minute
  5. Add green onion, celery, bell peppers and garlic.
  6. Saute 1 minute
  7. Stir in corn muffins, stock and Creole season.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Cook stirring and shaking the skillet about 2 minute
  10. Remove from heat and serve.
