Garden Pasta Medley
- 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diagonally-sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 6 oz. mostaccioli or penne pasta, cooked, drained
- KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook and stir vegetables in butter in large skillet on medium heat until tender-crisp.
- Stir in flour and oregano.
- Cook 2 minutes or until bubbly.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Stirring constantly, cook until mixture boils and thickens.
- Add Monterey Jack cheese; stir until melted.
- Stir in mostaccioli; heat thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
