Vegetable Casserole(Great Low-Fat Recipe)

  1. Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs, butter, 1/4 c. cheese and 1 tsp.
  2. Italian seasoning.
  3. Transfer to a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
  5. Combine breadcrumbs and remaining Italian seasoning and sprinkle on top.
  6. Drizzle butter over top.
  7. Cover dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
