Babi Ketjap (Pork In Soy Sauce) Recipe
- 1 lb Pork loin
- 1 x Onion, large
- 3 x Garlic clove
- 1 x Thai chile Ginger, fresh (1")
- 4 Tbsp. Ketjap manis
- 1/2 c. ,water
- Cook Time:2:00 Cook the meat in one piece in a covered pan in a moderate oven (350 F)
- till done.
- Remove from the oven and cold.
- When cold anough to handle, cut very fine (1/8" by 1/2").
- Grind together the onion, garlic, ginger and pepper in a food pro- cessor.
- Fry in meat drippings till onion is golden brown
- (approximately 15 to 20 min).
- Add in ketjap manis, water, and diced meat.
- Simmer about 20 min.
