Apple Rice Stuffing

  1. Saute Apples, onions and celery in butter.
  2. Add prepared stuffing, rice and broth.
  3. Combine well and place in a covered casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. FYI - 3 Cups cooked rice = 1 cup dry, 2 cups water.
