Banana Berry Pie

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of the Cool Whip.
  5. Stir in 3/4 cup of the strawberries.
  6. Pour into pie crust.
  7. Chill until firm, about 15 minutes.
  8. Whisk pudding mix into milk.
  9. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip.
  10. Stir in remaining strawberries.
  11. Spread mixture over gelatin in pie crust.
  12. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
  13. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries.
  14. Makes 8 servings.
