Peanut Butter-Chocolate Duos
- 3 34 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 12 cups butter, softened
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 12 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 (300 g) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine flour and baking soda.
- Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended.
- Divide dough in half; place in separate bowls.
- Add melted chocolate to dough in one bowl; mix well.
- Stir in white chocolate and nuts.
- Add peanut butter to dough in second bowl; mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Place 1 tsp of each flavour dough, side-by-side, on baking sheets, leaving 2 inches between doughs for each cookie.
- Bake 8 to 10 min or until lightly browned.
- Cool on baking sheets 3 minute Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
