Cucumber-Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches with Grape-Studded Focaccia Bread

  1. For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
  2. Lemon-Mint Cream Cheese Spread onto bottom half of split Focaccia Bread.
  3. Cover with about 4 cucumber slices and top of bread.
  4. Pipe 1 tsp.
  5. Lemon-Mint Cream Cheese Spread onto top of each sandwich; lean 1 halved cucumber slice against Cream Cheese Spread.
  6. Garnish each with 1 grape half and 1 mint leaf.
