Pot Roast #5FIX
- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 34 ounces brown gravy mix
- 2 cups carrots
- Boil Roast in water for 2 hours.
- Take roast out and trim fat off.
- Cut roast into serving sizes.
- Keep broth.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- In mixing bowl put soup, gravy mix and 2 cups of broth (from roast) mix until soup is dissolved.
- Cut carrots in thirds (make about same size as potatoes).
- Spray a 13x9 pan.
- Place potatoes, carrots and roast in pan.
- Pour soup mixture on top and cover with foil.
- Cook for approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are done.
