Pot Roast #5FIX

  1. Boil Roast in water for 2 hours.
  2. Take roast out and trim fat off.
  3. Cut roast into serving sizes.
  4. Keep broth.
  5. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  6. In mixing bowl put soup, gravy mix and 2 cups of broth (from roast) mix until soup is dissolved.
  7. Cut carrots in thirds (make about same size as potatoes).
  8. Spray a 13x9 pan.
  9. Place potatoes, carrots and roast in pan.
  10. Pour soup mixture on top and cover with foil.
  11. Cook for approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are done.
