Blue Cheese Dip for Veggies
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- Hot pepper sauce
- Fresh pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 scallion, sliced
- In medium bowl combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Stir in blue cheese.
- Squeeze in lemon juice.
- Add a dash of hot pepper sauce and pepper.
- Add parsley and scallions.
- Stir to combine and serve
