Seven-Up Cake
- 1 each cake mix, lemon
- 1 each instant pudding mix pineapple
- 4 large eggs
- 23 cup vegetable oil
- 10 ounces 7-up
- 1 each pineapple, canned, crushed
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 can coconut
- 2 large eggs
- Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl.
- Add oil and eggs.
- Beat about 2 minutes.
- Add 7-Up and mix until well blended.
- Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been greased and floured.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done in a preheated 350F (180C) oven.
- While still hot spread with Icing.
- Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick.
- Add coconut and blend well.
- Spread over cake while both are still warm.
