Walnut Dusted Cheese Balls
- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 4 ounces gorgonzola
- 1 tablespoon minced red onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 cup finely chopped walnuts
- In a food processor, process marscapone, Gorgonzola, red onion and garlic until well blended.
- Transfer to a cutting board and shape into 4 balls.
- Spread walnuts on a work surface.
- Roll balls until well covered.
- Chill for at least 3 hours.
