Walnut Dusted Cheese Balls

  1. In a food processor, process marscapone, Gorgonzola, red onion and garlic until well blended.
  2. Transfer to a cutting board and shape into 4 balls.
  3. Spread walnuts on a work surface.
  4. Roll balls until well covered.
  5. Chill for at least 3 hours.
