Slow Cooker Wild Boar (Pork) with Gravy
- 3 pounds Boneless, Skinless & Trimmed Wild Boar (pork)
- 1 whole Diced Vidalia Onion
- 2 ounces, fluid Water
- 2 pinches Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning (or Lawry's)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Sweet Paprika
- 1 can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cans Cream Corn
- 8 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
- 1.
- Place pork and onion in slow cooker.
- 2.
- Mix remaining ingredients well in a separate bowl.
- 3.
- Pour over pork.
- 4.
- Cook on low/medium for 4 to 6 hours.
- Note: Sometimes the juice is too thin to be considered a gravy.
- If so, thicken it up in the last hour by whisking together some corn starch and hot water and mixing that into the crock pot juice.
- Serve over rice (brown, white or wild) with a side of steamed green vegetables (pan-seared fresh green beans tossed with cajun seasoning, or Lowrys, is very good with this).
