Grilled Flatbread Steak Salad

  1. Whisk dressing and lemon zest.
  2. (Refrigerate up to 2 days before using.)
  3. For each serving: Toss 4 oz.
  4. (115 g) steak with 1/2 cup (125 mL) each frisee, watercress and onions.
  5. Arrange on 1 flatbread.
  6. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  7. (30 mL) dressing mixture.
  8. Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes.
