Grilled Flatbread Steak Salad
- 2 cups Kraft Gourmet Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/3 cup lemon zest
- beef sirloin steaks, grilled, chopped
- 2 qt. frisee
- 2 qt. watercress
- 2 qt. Vidalia onions, sliced, grilled
- 16 each flatbreads (5x8-inch), grilled
- 1 qt. grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- Whisk dressing and lemon zest.
- (Refrigerate up to 2 days before using.)
- For each serving: Toss 4 oz.
- (115 g) steak with 1/2 cup (125 mL) each frisee, watercress and onions.
- Arrange on 1 flatbread.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) dressing mixture.
- Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes.
