My Tacos
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) jar taco sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 dozen corn tortilla
- 12 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 lb longhorn cheese, grated
- Brown beef and drain the fat.
- Add taco sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Set burner on warm.
- Deep fry shells in hot oil and drain fat.
- Fill shells with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese.
