Home Made Almond Milk
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 3 cups water
- 4 drops stevia
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- Soak raw almonds in a bowl with enough water to cover.
- Leave in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours.
- Strain and rinse almonds, dispose of the soaking water.
- Put soaked almonds in a food processor with 3 c water.
- And process for 4 - 5 minutes Add stevia and vanilla ATMs pulse to mix.
- Strain out almond "pulp" using a cheese cloth or nut bag.
- Put in a glass jar and use within 4 dsys.
