Home Made Almond Milk

  1. Soak raw almonds in a bowl with enough water to cover.
  2. Leave in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours.
  3. Strain and rinse almonds, dispose of the soaking water.
  4. Put soaked almonds in a food processor with 3 c water.
  5. And process for 4 - 5 minutes Add stevia and vanilla ATMs pulse to mix.
  6. Strain out almond "pulp" using a cheese cloth or nut bag.
  7. Put in a glass jar and use within 4 dsys.
