Deep Fried Corn Fritters Recipe

• 1 can cream style corn
• 1 c. flour
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 c. teaspoon pepper

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Beat lightly.
3. Drop by spoonfuls into warm fat.
4. Corn fritters are good with fish dishes instead of potatoes or possibly French fries.
