Crab Puffs

  1. In a bowl, mix together crab, cheese, onion, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat butter and water to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add flour and beat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms into a ball.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is fully incorporated.
  7. Carefully fold in crab-cheese mixture.
  8. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
  9. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  10. Serve hot.
  11. If frozen, thaw and reheat at 325 for 10 minutes.
