Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes till tender about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain into colander.
  3. Rice or mash potatoes and place back in pot.
  4. Warm milk, butter add cream cheese in a pot over low heat to a simmer.
  5. Stir into the potatoes adding the remaining ingredients folding in well.
  6. Place in serving bowl and garnish with additional kosher salt and paprika.
