Rhubarb Crunch Recipe

  1. Mix crumb ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Press half in 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Cover with rhubarb mixture.
  4. In a small pan, cook water, sugar, corn starch and vanilla until thick and clear.
  5. Pour over rhubarb.
  6. Top with remaining crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  8. Tip: Stir sugar over rhubarb and let set overnight for sweeter flavor.
