Quick & Easy Fusion Spaghetti

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water with 1 tbsp of olive oil until al dente.
  2. Put aside.
  3. Marinate shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan with low heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add the minced onions and garlic until tender.
  5. Add shrimp and mushroom into the pan, cook with medium heat until shrimp is pink.
  6. Add spaghetti, then add oyster sauce and fish sauce.
  7. Toss until mixed.
  8. Add red pepper flakes for some spiciness, also salt and pepper to your liking.
  9. Serve while still hot :)
