Quick & Easy Fusion Spaghetti
- 200 grams spaghetti
- 150 grams shrimp, deveined
- 1 can button mushroom, sliced into 2
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
- Cook spaghetti in boiling water with 1 tbsp of olive oil until al dente.
- Put aside.
- Marinate shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a non-stick pan with low heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add the minced onions and garlic until tender.
- Add shrimp and mushroom into the pan, cook with medium heat until shrimp is pink.
- Add spaghetti, then add oyster sauce and fish sauce.
- Toss until mixed.
- Add red pepper flakes for some spiciness, also salt and pepper to your liking.
- Serve while still hot :)
