P. J. Browne's Pub Dip
- 2 (8 ounce) jars old English cheese, sharp, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 13 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices bacon, fried crisp, then crumbled
- After softening cheese, blend all ingredients together.
- Will be a thick liquid consistency.
- Set in refrigerator overnight, covered.
- Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables.
