Chipotle and Honey Glazed Ribs
- 3 lb. (1.4 kg) pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Blazin' Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet heavy-duty foil.
- Mix seasoning and honey; rub half evenly onto both sides of ribs.
- Bring up foil sides.
- Double fold top and both ends to seal packet.
- Repeat to make second packet.
- Place packets on baking sheet and bake 2 hours or until ribs are done.
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
- Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and grill 2 to 3 min.
