Southern Gin

• 2 to 3 ounces gin
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 2 dashes curacao
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Twist lemon peel

1. Combine all ingredients, except the peel, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass; drop in peel.
