Shrimp With Garlic (Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo)

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until it just begins to turn golden.
  3. Add the shrimp, then immediately add lime, Tabasco and salt.
  4. Cook, stirring, until the shrimp are just cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with French bread.
