Holiday Pinwheels
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand light cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 green onions, minced
- 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (2 1/3) oz. can sliced black olives
- Combine first 3 ingredients; spread on tortillas.
- Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels.
- Sprinkle equal amounts of remaining ingredients on top of cream cheese.
- Roll tortillas tightly to form logs.
- Wrap in plastic or foil.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
- Cut tortilla logs into 1-inch pieces, discarding ends. Serve with spirals facing up.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
- (I have made with 1/2 of the ingredients; i.e., 1 package cream cheese and 1/2 package Ranch dressing.)
