Oriental Pepper Steak

  1. Dredge pork chunks flour in and garlic salt.
  2. Brown well in oil.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups water, pepper flakes, instant minced onion, catsup, ground mustard, soy sauce and ginger.
  5. Simmer 25 minutes.
  6. Combine cornstarch, 1 tablespoon water and honey.
  7. Stir into pork mixture.
  8. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute.
  9. Serve over cooked rice.
  10. Makes four 3/4 cup servings.
