Veal Wrap Around Recipe

  1. Rub veal on both sides with cut side of garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Parboil carrots 5-8 min.
  4. Roll a piece of veal around a carrot.
  5. Secure with toothpicks.
  6. Heat drippings and Worcestershire sauce in large skillet.
  7. Add in veal rolls and brown on all sides.
  8. Add in remaining ingredients, except asparagus.
  9. Cover and bring to a boiling point.
  10. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 30 min.
  11. Add in asparagus and cook 15-25 min.
