Bloody Mary Swizzlers

  1. Using a plastic or wooden pick or a sharp skewer, pierce the skins of the tomatoes in several places.
  2. Place tomatoes in a self-sealing, food-safe plastic bag; add vodka.
  3. Seal bag.
  4. Turn bag to coat tomatoes.
  5. Chill overnight to allow flavor to penetrate.
  6. Drain tomatoes; discard vodka.
  7. Skewer vegetables onto picks using an olive, a piece of celery, and a cherry tomato on each pick.
  8. Sprinkle lightly with celery salt.
  9. Transfer to serving platter.
  10. Makes 24 skewers.
