Double K Crush (Vodka with Kiwis and Kiwano)
- 1 kiwano
- 2 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces Cointreau
- 2 cups crushed ice
- Cut 2 thin slices from the center of the kiwano; reserve for garnish.
- Scoop out the seeds from the kiwano halves and place them in a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whir on high speed until smooth.
- Pour the drink into 2 highball glasses.
- Garnish with a slice of kiwano.
