Lasagna

  1. Crumble beef and sausage in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Cover and microwave at time cook High 7 to 9 minutes or until meat is lightly brown.
  3. Stir 3 times.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
  6. In 10 x 6 x 2-inch oblong baking dish, layer 1/3 of noodles and top with 1/3 of sauce and 1/2 cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with last 1/3 of noodles and last 1/3 of sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and microwave Medium-low for 30 minutes or until lasagna is hot at center, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 14 minutes.
  9. Let stand, covered 5 minutes before serving.
