Coconut Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare pastry shell and place into pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, place milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and vanilla; stir until combined.
  4. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
