Peppered Crostini

  1. Place bread slices in a single layer on a shallow baking pan.
  2. Lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Generously grind black pepper over the bread and add a few grinds of sea salt to taste.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.
