Mini Phyllo Cranberry Shells

  1. Mix cream cheese, turkey, and onions.
  2. Fill thawed phyllo shells with 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top with a small bit of cranberry sauce.
  4. To serve hot, place filled shells on baking sheet and warm 5-8 minutes at 350F; serve immediately.
  5. (You may wish to add cranberry after warming the shells/filling, so it doesn't 'melt').
