Lemon Linguine

  1. Cook linguini according to package directions.
  2. Drain and keep warm.
  3. In a skillet, cook onion or shallots and garlic in butter, stirring constantly until tender, not brown.
  4. Stir in sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, milk, lemon-pepper, salt, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  5. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and pour over linguini.
  7. Toss gently, adding chopped parsley, chives, and remaining Parmesan.
  8. Serve warm.
