Alehouse BLT Cheeseburger
- 1 lb Hamburger (80/20 mix)
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 8 slice Bacon (cooked)
- 4 slice Cheese
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Lettuce
- 1 Mayonnaise
- Mix basic burger ingredients and make 4 equal sized patties.
- Place a dimple in the middle of each patty.
- Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Precooked bacon and set aside.
- (can be cooked a day or so in advance)
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Grilled burgers on first side until the juices began to collect on the top.
- Flip burgers over and continue cooking until well done.
- Top with cheese and bacon and cook until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the grill and toast the buns while the burgers are resting.
- Add mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato and enjoy.
- Can be served with garlic Texas toast.
