Miracle Rise Chocolate Cake

  1. Spray a 9 inch tube or Bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixer bowl, soften yeast in warm water.
  3. Add egg substitute, milk, oil and Sweet*10.
  4. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
  5. Add cocoa, dry ingredients, vanilla and food coloring.
  6. Blend at low speed; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
  7. Pour batter into greased 9 inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
  8. Cover with foil; let rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 to 35 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
  10. Invert immediately onto wire rack.
  11. Cool.
